Accenture’s recent research provides deeper insights, emphasising the measurable benefits of reinvention over optimisation. The numbers speak for themselves — innovation delivers 1.6 times more financial value.
This data underscores a critical shift in mindset. While optimisation focuses on refining and improving existing processes, reinvention aims for transformative change.
It’s about questioning the status quo, challenging conventional thinking, and daring to explore uncharted territories.
